Welcome to Veso Nexus (“Service”), a pay-as-you-go software service provided by Veso AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Service, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Welcome to Veso Nexus, our premier GenAI productivity suite designed to revolutionize team efficiency.
Veso Nexus leverages ContextAware technology, offering a suite of customizable apps and chat functionalities tailored to enhance productivity and foster collaboration within organizations.
This Terms of Service agreement governs your use of Veso Nexus, ensuring a mutual understanding of rights and responsibilities.
By engaging with our suite, you agree to these terms, designed to optimize your experience while safeguarding integrity and compliance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing Veso Nexus, you affirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. This agreement requires that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Your continued use of Veso Nexus signifies your agreement to these terms and any future amendments.
3. Description of Service
Veso Nexus is a cutting-edge GenAI productivity suite powered by ContextAware technology, designed to elevate team efficiency by automating and streamlining tasks.
The suite is anchored in two main functionalities: Apps and Chat.
Though, usage is not limited to these two features, and others may arise.
– Apps: Users can configure prompt templates to create custom applications tailored to their team’s needs, facilitating automation of repetitive tasks. This includes access to pre-built app templates for immediate use and customization, ensuring operations are both relevant and efficient.
– Chat: Enables dynamic conversations with Large Language Models (LLMs), allowing users to input specific information and context. This feature supports a wide range of tasks, including research, summarization, and content transformation.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Creating an account with Veso Nexus requires users to provide accurate and current information for all registration fields.
It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including the password, and to restrict access to your computer and other devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Users must notify Veso Nexus immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Veso Nexus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
5. Usage and Restrictions
Users of Veso Nexus are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the suite strictly in accordance with these terms of service. The suite is to be used for lawful purposes only, and all users agree to refrain from:
– Using the suite in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the suite.
– Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the suite, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the suite, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
– Obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the suite.
– Utilizing the suite for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on another’s rights.
– Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the suite, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Compliance with these usage terms ensures a productive and secure environment for all Veso Nexus users.
6. Pricing and Payment
Veso Nexus operates on a monthly scaling credit system with tiered pricing to accommodate different levels of usage and need:
– Core Tier: Commences at $1,000 monthly, providing 4,000 generations at $0.25 each.
– Bronze Tier: An additional $1,000 (for a total of $2,000 monthly) yields 5,000 generations at $0.22 each.
– Silver Tier: With an added $1,000 (summing to $3,000 monthly), users access 6,250 generations at $0.20 each.
– Gold Tier: A further increment of $5,000, reaching a total of $8,000 monthly, avails 35,714 generations at $0.17 each.
– Platinum Tier: The premium layer, requiring an extra $10,000 (culminating in $18,000 monthly), unlocks 83,333 generations at $0.12 each.
This structured pricing ensures scalability and cost-efficiency, aligning with the varying degrees of GenAI integration within teams.
The total monthly expenditure of $18,000 grants approximately 134,297 generations, demonstrating the suite’s value proposition as usage escalates.
Billing occurs automatically on the first of each month, charged to the credit card registered during signup.
Monthly usage is accurately tracked and can be reviewed on the platform.
The pricing tiers reset on the first day of each new month.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
VESO AI, Veso Nexus and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to software, technology, text, video, graphics, music, sound, and the names, are owned by Veso and its suppliers or licensors.
By accepting these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Veso Nexus solely in accordance with these terms.
You acknowledge that Veso Nexus allows for the creation and sharing of user-generated content through Apps and Chat functionalities.
Veso claims no ownership over your content generated by the Veso Nexus platform.
This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide.
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using Veso Nexus.
Any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights may result in termination of your account and legal action by the aggrieved party.
8. User Conduct
Users of Veso Nexus are expected to engage with the suite in a manner that is professional, respectful, and lawful. The following outlines acceptable and unacceptable behaviors:
– Professional and Respectful Interaction: All communications and interactions through Veso Nexus, whether via chat functionalities or shared apps, should maintain a level of professionalism. Harassment, discriminatory language, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
– Lawful Use: Veso Nexus must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from using the suite to engage in illegal activities or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulation.
– Content Creation: While creating or sharing content through Veso Nexus, users must ensure that they have the rights to use any intellectual property involved and that their content does not infringe upon the rights of others.
– System Integrity: Attempts to undermine the security or integrity of Veso Nexus, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, introducing malicious software, or attempting to interfere with the service provided to any user, are forbidden.
Violations of these conduct guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to Veso Nexus, at the discretion of Veso management. Users may also be subject to legal action for any serious breaches of conduct.
9. Termination and Access Restriction
Veso reserves the right to terminate your access to Veso Nexus for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of this Terms of Service, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, discontinuation or material modification of Veso Nexus, unexpected technical issues or problems, and extended periods of inactivity.
Users may terminate their account and access to Veso Nexus at any time by sending a request to info@vesonexus.com.
Upon termination, your right to use Veso Nexus ceases immediately. Relevant account information and data may be deactivated or deleted as part of the termination process.
Veso is not required to provide any refund of any amounts previously paid upon termination.
The termination of your Veso Nexus account includes any applicable legal action and reporting to law enforcement agencies, as deemed necessary by Veso.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Veso Nexus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Veso expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Veso makes no warranty that Veso Nexus will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects in the software will be corrected.
Veso is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Veso has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
(i) the use or the inability to use Veso Nexus;
(ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
(iii) statements or conduct of any third party on Veso Nexus; or
(iv) any other matter relating to Veso Nexus.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
You specifically acknowledge that Veso shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veso, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms of Service or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing Veso Nexus using your account.
12. Amendments to Terms
Veso reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
While we will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes to the Terms of Service, it is your responsibility to review the most up-to-date version periodically.
Your continued use of Veso Nexus following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Miscellaneous
This Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veso is headquartered, New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Should any provision of this Terms of Service be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The failure of Veso to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Veso.
These Terms of Service, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veso regarding the use of Veso Nexus, superseding any prior agreements between you and Veso relating to your use of Veso Nexus.
